This Portable Building Cabin, or Tiny Home was completed and lived in for only about 9 months. It is extremely well done and sturdy and on skids, ready to be loaded and moved. It is 16' x 30' and will make a great deer camp cabin, lake cabin, mother-in-law suite or temporary lease (air b.n.b). The front room is living, kitchen, dining and the back room is the bedroom with closet and bathroom with shower. The cabin has sprayfoam insulated walls and ceiling and an air barrier under the floor and has double pane windows making it very energy efficient and quiet. It has a professionally installed mini-split hvac system with units in both of the rooms. The electric is all up to code and has GFCI plugs. The front room is luxury vinyl plank flooring and the bedroom is carpet. Rheem tankless water heater, flat screen tv, refrigerator, stackable washer/dryer and range are all included in the sale. The ramp outside, the extra wide interior doors and the walk-in shower makes this tiny home handicap accessible. The electric and the plumbing will be professionally disconnected.
